Tracker Lists 30,021 BTC as BSTR Reserve Worth $1.9B

BitcoinTreasuries shows 30,021 BTC (about $1.9 billion) as Bitcoin Standard Treasury’s reserve, while SEC filings describe the coins as contributions contingent on a closing.

BitcoinTreasuries lists 30,021 BTC-roughly $1.9 billion-as the reserve for Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company and displays the issuer among the top public companies. The tracker labels the amount as “BTC Holdings” and “Bitcoin Reserve,” though SEC filings describe the coins as contributions that depend on closing mechanics rather than completed corporate holdings.

The originally announced transaction, disclosed in July 2025, would have transferred 25,000 BTC from founding shareholders and 5,021.11 BTC from an in-kind private placement into the public issuer at closing. A May 29, 2026 registration statement said the public company expected to hold at least 30,021.11 BTC at closing through contributions by BSTR Holdings (Cayman) and private-placement investors. Those filings treat the contributions as contingent on the closing rather than present assets on a corporate balance sheet.

On July 8, 2026, Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO), a publicly traded SPAC, and Bitcoin Standard Treasury removed the original private-placement closing requirements and began discussing a new structure. After that change, the private placements were abandoned, CEPO postponed its shareholder meeting indefinitely, and prospective private-placement investors received redemption shares. A July 9, 2026 prospectus supplement did not disclose agreed replacement terms or completed Bitcoin transfers.

BitcoinTreasuries records its rounded 30,021-BTC figure with a date of July 22, 2025, and refreshed the dollar value on July 30, 2026. The tracker shows no purchase events for the stack and presents the contribution-based total as a live reserve without a visible proposed or pro forma qualifier. The tracker’s editorial policy cites regulatory filings, audited financial statements, company disclosures, on-chain heuristics and third-party providers as data sources but does not specify whether closing-dependent contributions should be listed as present holdings.

SEC disclosures do not establish that BSTR Holdings, CEPO, BSTR Newco or the prospective combined issuer currently owns or controls the 30,021 BTC. The seller and the prospective private-placement investors may still retain the coins. With the original financing arrangement altered and no replacement terms disclosed, the financing behind the 30,021-BTC figure has not been completed. As of July 30, 2026, the tracker continues to display the 30,021 BTC as live holdings while regulatory filings characterize the assets as contingent contributions.
