SRX posts 4.3% AI model gain, reports $4.14M net loss

SRX Global reported a 4.3% EMJX AI-model gain for June 16-30 it described as hypothetical and system-generated; its Form 10-Q shows a $1.41M digital-asset fair-value loss and $4.14M net loss.

SRX Global reported a modelled 4.3% gain for its EMJX AI model covering June 16-30 and described the result as “hypothetical” and “system-generated.” The company said the figure did not represent actual trading results or returns on capital invested by SRX.

The 4.3% figure covers the 14-day period immediately following SRX’s June 16 acquisition. The company’s August disclosures do not link the EMJX model output to cash deployed by the firm.

SRX’s Form 10-Q shows the company began the quarter with $8.333 million in digital assets. During the period the filing reports no purchases of digital assets, $4.803 million in proceeds from sales, a $1.410 million fair-value loss and a $2.120 million digital-asset balance at quarter-end. The filing does not report any EMJX segment revenue, operating expenses or other segment results for the June 16-30 ownership window.

For the quarter SRX recorded a $4.140 million net loss from continuing operations. That total comprised a $3.201 million operating loss and $939,000 of net other expense, which included the digital-asset fair-value change. The filing presents these figures as consolidated company results and does not show them as returns generated by the EMJX model using company capital.

SRX had previously indicated it deployed capital into multiple high-conviction positions when it announced the acquisition. The 10-Q does not connect those positions, or any attributable gains or losses, to the EMJX model output. Management said deployment would be phased and that additional performance information would be provided after a meaningful history of actual capital deployment, without specifying an amount of capital or a timeline for that reporting.

The filing does not define an EMJX-managed capital pool, list dates of any capital deployments under EMJX or report returns attributable to such a pool. The 4.3% result therefore reflects a system-generated model output for the two-week period, while the balance-sheet entries cover the full fiscal quarter.
