Remixpoint Sells ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE, Keeps 1,506 BTC

Remixpoint sold ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE for ¥878.8 million, booked a ¥117.8 million net gain and now holds 1,506.23 BTC-about $121 million-as its only crypto asset.

Tokyo-listed Remixpoint sold its holdings of Ethereum, Solana, XRP and Dogecoin on Sept. 1, according to a regulatory filing, raising ¥878.8 million and recording a net gain of ¥117.8 million.

The company disposed of 901.45 ETH, 13,920 SOL, 1.19 million XRP and 2.8 million DOGE. Ethereum generated a realized gain of ¥60.2 million, Solana ¥49.3 million and XRP ¥11.5 million. Dogecoin produced a loss of ¥3.3 million. The total proceeds were about ¥878.8 million (roughly $5.5 million) and the net gain about ¥117.8 million (about $737,000).

Remixpoint’s public treasury page showed 1,506.23 BTC on Sept. 3, which the company retained as its only digital-asset holding after the disposals. That balance was worth about $121 million at current prices. Treasury data indicate the company added roughly 90 BTC to its holdings this year. The company’s Bitcoin holdings generated 14.92 BTC in lending fees between Feb. 24 and Aug. 31, valued at about ¥164.2 million using month-end prices.

The regulatory filing noted the company considered market conditions, the risk-return profile of each asset and its broader financial strategy before concentrating its crypto exposure in Bitcoin. The filing did not specify whether the ¥878.8 million raised from the altcoin sales will be used to buy more Bitcoin. It listed alternative uses for the cash, including expansion into grid-scale battery storage, strengthening the balance sheet and other initiatives aimed at increasing shareholder value.

Remixpoint reported ¥29.9 million in yen-denominated staking rewards from Ethereum and Solana between July 2025 and Aug. 31, 2026. The company has been among earlier Japanese listed firms that adopted Bitcoin-focused treasury strategies, following an approach used domestically.
