OwlTing, Credible Finance open China payout corridor

OwlTing Group and Credible Finance signed June 15, 2026 to route payouts into China via OwlPay Harbor and to explore a payout corridor to India; OwlPay Harbor had 51 enterprise clients on May 31.

OwlTing Group and Credible Finance agreed on June 15, 2026 to open a cross-border payout corridor into China and to explore a separate corridor into India. The partnership is signed and currently in onboarding.

Under the agreement, Credible will use OwlTing’s OwlPay Harbor to settle payouts into China. OwlTing plans to use Credible’s network to establish near real-time settlement capability into India. The companies said the arrangement will provide regulated settlement paths for customers of both platforms across these Asian markets.

OwlPay Harbor is the cross-border payment and settlement infrastructure within OwlTing’s payment stack. The platform served 51 enterprise clients as of May 31, 2026, up from 36 clients reported on April 29, 2026. OwlTing reported that completed transaction orders processed through OwlPay Harbor have doubled on average every month since March 2026, a compound monthly growth rate of about 103 percent over that period.

Credible Finance operates a payment orchestration platform for internet-native businesses, including fintechs, Web3 platforms, AI startups, marketplaces and creator platforms. Credible’s platform reaches more than 40 markets, supports 37 currencies and 86 payment methods through a single integration and provides same-day settlement. The company has processed over US$641 million in total payments volume to date and has set a public target of US$5 billion in annual processed volume for 2026.

OwlTing said OwlPay Harbor provides licensed channels for moving payment flows through regulated frameworks. OwlTing’s regulatory coverage includes authorization across 42 U.S. states, a Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in Poland and an Electronic Payment Service Operator (Bank API) license in Japan. The company said it intends for OwlPay Harbor to serve as a shared settlement layer as additional platforms connect.

OwlTing also described a three-layer payment infrastructure that includes OwlPay Agent Wallet, which enables AI agents to execute payments, and OwlPay Agent Checkout, which settles purchases made by AI agents within authorized parameters. The company said those components are designed to support AI agents transacting on behalf of businesses and consumers with near real-time settlement.

Darren Wang, Founder and CEO of OwlTing Group, noted that enterprises need cross-border rails that combine reach, speed and regulatory discipline and said the partnership with Credible will extend clients’ access to Asian markets while giving Credible’s customers a regulated path into China. Shrikant Bhalerao, Co-Founder and CEO of Credible Finance, added that the partnership strengthens the company’s ability to support compliant payout flows into key Asian markets and expand access for global internet businesses.
