Exchange-linked wallets add 83.94 million XRP
Exchange-linked wallets added 83.94 million XRP from Oct. 12 to 15, lifting tracked holdings to 22.06 billion as XRP traded near $1.32 on Oct. 15.
Exchange-linked wallets added 83.94 million XRP across three daily balance changes dated Oct. 13-15, raising tracked holdings from about 21.973 billion to 22.057 billion XRP. The latest snapshot was taken at 08:01 UTC on Oct. 15, 2026.
The wallets added 17.75 million XRP on Oct. 13, 35.21 million on Oct. 14 and 30.98 million on Oct. 15. The tracker covered the same 699 wallets across 24 exchanges during the period, with no new wallets added.
A separate weekly view showed an 82.35 million XRP increase, or 0.37%, from Oct. 8 to 15. That period overlaps with the three-day window, so the totals cannot be combined.
Binance-linked wallets recorded the largest weekly increase, adding 54.61 million XRP. Upbit wallets gained 11.58 million XRP, followed by increases of 9.17 million at Kraken, 8.09 million at Coinbase and 5.81 million at Bithumb.
The weekly increase was partly offset by declines at other venues. Bybit-linked wallets lost 4.22 million XRP. SBI VC Trade and Bitfinex each recorded declines of about 3.4 million XRP, while Uphold-linked wallets fell by 3.04 million XRP.
The tracked addresses include exchange hot wallets, deposit hubs and cold-storage wallets. Their balances can contain customer funds and institutional assets, so the figures do not represent XRP immediately available for trading on order books.
The dataset includes about 480.2 million XRP classified as wrapped-token reserves or other funds, including insurance and charity holdings. The Binance grouping includes Binance-Peg XRP reserves and a separately identified Binance.US affiliate wallet.
Ledger balances do not show whether customers are placing buy or sell orders. XRP Ledger destination tags identify the customer account an exchange should credit within its own system, while the public ledger records the balance of the shared exchange address.
Transfers between tracked and untracked exchange addresses can change the reported total without reflecting a customer trading decision. The tracker carries forward the last recorded balance when a wallet read fails.
Reported 24-hour turnover of about $3.1 billion measures total trading activity. It does not identify whether buyers or sellers initiated those trades or link them to the wallet balances.
