Bitget prints Web3 resumes on pizza boxes for employers
Bitget’s ‘Boxed for Opportunity’ prints selected Blockchain4Youth resumes on pizza boxes and delivers them to Web3 firms on Bitcoin Pizza Day to link young talent with employers.
Bitget launched ‘Boxed for Opportunity’, a campaign that reproduces selected Blockchain4Youth participants’ resumes on pizza boxes and delivers them to Web3 companies and partners on Bitcoin Pizza Day. The campaign aims to connect early-career candidates with hiring ecosystems in target regions.
Participants are asked to submit contact details, background information, select target regions and upload portfolios that show technical skills, creative work or contributions to Web3 projects. Organizers will select standout submissions for physical pizza-box placement and regional online promotion by key opinion leaders.
Blockchain4Youth began three years ago. Bitget reports the program has reached more than 15,000 participants, partnered with over 70 universities and held more than 100 campus activations. The company also launched a Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub that offers guided learning paths, professional recognition and career support. Members of the program’s Talent Alliance receive priority access to opportunities and networking with partners including Bondex, Morph Network and Foresight Ventures.
Bitget did not disclose how many resumes will be printed or the initial list of recipient companies. The company said deliveries will focus on regions where its partners and ecosystem actors operate and that selected profiles will receive social amplification from regional influencers.
Ignacio Aguirre Franco, Bitget’s chief marketing officer, commented, “The future of Web3 will be shaped by the people we empower today. Through Blockchain4Youth, we are building pathways for young talent to learn, prove themselves, and connect with the ecosystems where they can contribute.”
Bitget describes the campaign as part of a broader effort to link blockchain education with career opportunities. The company reports it serves more than 125 million users and provides access to over 2 million crypto tokens, tokenized stocks and other tokenized financial products. Bitget has commercial partnerships with LALIGA and MotoGP and says it is working with UNICEF on blockchain education initiatives.
